After the sudden death of my Aunt Grace Ann, I had to find a way.
I call this my Memories Project…. I put it on Memories.news
A digital space to create lasting, personal memorials with images, audio, and shared stories.
Why I Built This Memories Project
Most memorials are held in the minds of the few that made them. And they often die or become unknown to others when those that made them move away or pass away. This platform is about making it easy to tell those stories and share the warmth, the stories, the legacy… that make them Memories.
Who this Memories Project is For:
- People sharing a meaningful event or experience
- Families after a new birth or a painful loss
- Friends honoring someone that really meant something to them
- Individuals recording their life story
- Shared community tributes
- Memories of a favorite pet, car, or vacation
- The amount of examples are endless, but so personal
