Refunds
Due to the nature of this type of product or service, there are no refunds. All sales final. When an order is placed, many processes take place that are difficult and time consuming or not possible to reverse.
Examples like registering a domain name that was misspelled, or food that was prepared just the way you wanted, or clothing that was customized with your full name… all these might help explain. Of course, mistakes can/ may be fixed in all reasonable situations.
